The Paris Blockchain Week Summit (PBWS) is back from April 12 to 14, 2022

This year, the organizers of the PBWS, ONX-Blockchain and Woorton, will dedicate an entire day to the world of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). the Paris NFT Day will take place next April 12 and give the floor to pread by 70 specialist speakers, such as Julien bouteloup (BlackPool Finance), Sebastien borget (The Sandbox) or even Rayan Boutaleb (Cyber).

Particularly oriented towards the community, this day entirely dedicated to NFTs will address many subjects. This will be the occasion to make a summary of the current state of the NFT ecosystem. In a few years, this world has evolved very quickly and is now one of the pillars of the cryptocurrency universe.

The pioneers of this ecosystem will explore the possibilities offered by metaverse and those behind some of the most famous collectible projects will come back to the reasons for their success.

Another theme that will be addressed, therecent arrival of some of the biggest companies on the planet in the world of NFTs. We think in particular of Adidas, Nike or Visa. How do these companies envision bringing value to the NFT space while gaining an edge over their competitors in new product and marketing terms? One thing is certain, non-fungible tokens greatly impact many sectors, whether it is the music industry, video games, cinema and even luxury goods.

Finally, experts from the world of NFTs educate participants on good practices to adopt to protect against scams and the risks inherent in non-fungible tokens. It will also be an opportunity for them to share their vision of NFTs and to share the most promising use cases.

On April 13 and 14, the Paris Blockchain Week Summit (PBWS)

Following the Paris NFT Day, the Paris Blockchain Week Summit will take place April 13 and 14, 2022 with key players, also at Station F, in Paris. New for this 2022 edition, alongside the physical event, PBWS participants will be able to attend conferences and meet virtually.

The event will be structured around 4 main themes, which will be addressed through conferences and workshops:

  1. Business and Blockchain », Focused on business innovation, blockchain and traceability;
  2. Founder of blockchain », Focused on Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO), governance, confidentiality and use cases;
  3. Finance and New Uses », Focused on decentralized finance (DeFi), market liquidity, crypto-asset loans and crypto-currency exchanges;
  4. Public policies ”, Devoted to regulatory changes, transparency initiatives and the fight against money laundering (AML).

At the time of this writing, more than 250 speakers are expected during the event and more will be announced soon. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the most anticipated speakers:

  • Ryan selkis : CEO and co-founder of Messari;
  • Sebastien borget : Co-founder of The Sandbox;
  • Emin Gün Sirer : CEO and founder of Ava Labs;
  • Ray youssef : CEO of Paxful;
  • Antoni Trenchev : Co-founder of Nexo;
  • Charlie meruad : CEO of Woorton;
  • Lionel chocron : Product Director of Hedera;
  • And many more that will be unveiled over the coming weeks.

Moment of exchange and sharing of ideas, the PBWS aims to offer an event where the various industry players and individuals can meet, network and discuss innovations, projects, and protocols related to cryptocurrencies.

In addition, Plethora of side events will be organized by PBWS partners. During this week devoted to the blockchain, expect meetups, keynotes, workshops, hackathons or even conferences around Station F.
